Health At Every Size Group in Wallingford                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Tracy set out to get people connected who are struggling with issues of body image, food choices, daily living, and emotions. Through this desire, she began hosting a Health at Every Size group in 2011. Her mission continues.

The spring HAES group begins March 3rd at 11:00AM and runs for 12 weeks. The cost is 20.00 dollars per person per group. This group will also be co-facilitated with Angela Waco, who holds both disciplines of mental health and nutrition.
